How much does the service cost?

How can we get cashback from music?

With each paid guest order, you will receive a percentage. The amount accumulates in your account. Withdrawal is carried out in any way convenient for you.

How does it work?

In order to start using our service, you need to log in or register on our site. Then you need to download and install the VivoSound player from your personal account. You will see a shortcut on your desktop to launch the program. As soon as you start the player, it automatically plays the music you selected in your account in the My Music section.

Can I see the list of available music?

Yes of course. To do this, you need to go to My Music section in your account, select the playlist you want to listen to and click on its title. You will see a full list of songs; you can listen to each track, and skip or block it. Also, you’ll see information on the total play time of the playlist.

How can guests order music in my venue?

Guests use their smartphones for song ordering. They need to go to the Google Play Store or App Store and download the VivoSound app. Then they run the app, choose your venue on the map, and connect to it. They choose a song they want to listen to and process their order. The background music goes into the guest’s check, and as soon as the song has played, the background music returns. Everything is automated.

Is it possible to add audio advertising to our venue?

Yes, it is. To do this, you need to go to the My Institution section in your account and enter the Advertising Settings section.

Can I increase the cost of a track order?

The increaseing of the order cost for the guest is possible. To do this, you need to contact our specialists by calling the hotline.

What are the cooperation conditions?

Our service is absolutely free. We work on mutually beneficial cooperation basis, i.e., we provide you with high-quality background music for your public place and a tool to increase the loyalty of your guests, and from your side you contribute advertising of our service in your institution, in the form of table tents, stickers, etc. This is necessary so that guests know they can order music using the VivoSound mobile app in your public place.

Is it possible to connect several institutions to one personal account?

It is necessary to register a separate personal account for every institution.

What do I need to start using the service?

To connect to our service, you need a Windows computer or an Android tablet, as well as an Internet connection.

How do I set up background music for an institution?

You can set up background music in your personal account in the My Music section. There you can see the list of all background modes available in the service. There are three icons against every background regime (morning, day, and evening) by means of which you choose during what time of day which playlist is played. It will appear in the selected backgrounds table automatically.

How do I disable unwanted genres for guest orders?

To make the music ordered by the guest correspond to your venue’s atmosphere, you can block genres that doesn’t suit it in the Music Filter section in your personal account. Thanks to this feature, guests won’t be able to order a song that doesn’t suit the policy of your institution.

Can I create my own playlists?

You can send a link to your playlist via email, and we’ll add it in the form of a private playlist, that only you can see and use, and at the same time you can use it with other playlists from the service.

Can I edit the data?

If necessary, you can edit all the necessary data in your personal account.
